Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free cancellation is allowed up to 3 days prior to the check-in date.
- 100% cancellation charges apply for cancellations made within 3 days of arrival.
- Upon receiving the cancellation request, refund will be processed in 3-5 business days
- No refunds for no-shows
- Amendments (change of dates) are allowed up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to check-in and subject to availability

- Non-compliance with any policy may result in cancellation of the booking or denial of stay, without refund.
